When you purchase Taking to Toddlers you'll be redirected to the download page.  You will also get an email with your download link so you can use it later.  For example, if you made the purchase at your work computer but you'd rather download on your personal computer at home, you'd just use the link in the email.


If you don't get around to downloading the product, the link will eventually expire.  We can reset the download timer for you upon request.


To request a reset of your download we need to be able to identify you as a customer.  


Just submit a help ticket with your receipt number, or if you can't find that, tell us what email address you used when purchasing, what name you used, and the approximate date of your purchase.  We'll find you and help promptly.
